الاستمرار في توسعة قاعدة عضوية المجلس ليشمل الدول والشركات والأفراد، وذلك بتقديم مزايا خاصة ومميزة للسادة الأعضاء.
التوسع في تقديم خدمات تصديق وثائق التصدير والاستيراد وتطوير العمل بها.
بناء وتطوير خبرات المجلس في الترجمة التقنية الدقيقة والسريعة للوثائق التجارية وغيرها.
تطوير وتسريع خدمة حصول أعضائنا على تأشيرات الدخول إلى تركيا وكذلك إلى الدول العربية.
الحث على تنظيم المؤتمرات والمعارض والندوات والاجتماعات وتشجيع رعايتها ودعم برامجها.
تسهيل وتشجيع المشاركة في البعثات التجارية من وإلى تركيا والدول العربية.
إقامة مناطق حرة بين تركيا والدول العربية وتوقيع اتفاقيات تبادل تجارى مشتركة.
المساهمة في تطوير اقتصاديات الدول الأعضاء والمساهمة في ايجاد آليات حقيقية لإخراجها من أزماتها المالية.

‏We hope to achieve our goal through:

To continue to expand the membership of the Board of States, companies and individuals by enhancing the advantages of membership.
Expand and develop the authentication service for export and import documents.
Build and develop the expertise of the Council in translating accurate and fast technical documents for commercial documents and others.
Develop and expedite the provision of visas to our members to Turkey as well as to Arab countries.
Emphasis the organization of conferences, exhibitions, seminars and meetings and encourage the sponsorship and support of its programs.
Facilitate and encourage participation in trade missions to and from Turkey and Arab countries.
Establish free zones between Turkey and Arab countries and sign joint trade agreements.
Contribute to the development of the economies of Member States and contribute to finding real solutions to get them out of their financial crises.
